We are going away for the weekend! To Hueston Woods State Park, about an hour or so away- we got a cabin and are going to kick back for a little fishing and hiking, and game playing with daddy! Last night we celebrated Gretchen's birthday, and what a celebration it was!!
She got new playmobil, a horse stable and horses, two american girl doll books (Doll games, and Doll Purses) She got to go out to dinner and to build-a-bear (or, uh, rabbit) with a family friend! I will try to post pictures later today if I get everything done needed to take us out of town done!
While we were eating the cake, late at night due to a postponed lacrosse game, due to yet more rain...we had a conversation that went like this.....
Dominic "I had some extra skin cut off of my penis" (this is a true fact, we have discussed that he was circumscised and obviously birthday cake reminded him of this for some strange reason)
Sebastian: "Yes, you had an exorcism"
At this point I was choking on cake for laughing out loud...exorcism! If you knew Dominic you would know how badly that might actually be needed, which added to the humor! Once I could breath again I pointed out that the procedure is called a circumscision, not an exorcisim.
